WHAT TO EXPECT

Just a stone’s throw from the beautiful beach, Ocean Pitch isn’t short on picturesque scenery.

Scenery, however, doesn’t make or break a stay; available facilities do. To give our guests and campers the best experience possible, we’ve invested in top-of-the-line facilities that’ll enhance the already amazing stay at Ocean Pitch.

OUR FACILITIES

Ocean Pitch is a cosy campsite within touching distance of the beach. Our pitches are close together and we do our utmost to offer a first class camping experience and therefore we have a few strict guidelines.

Toilets

Separate Ladies’ and Men’s toilet block, each with three toilets.

Showers

Separate Ladies' and Men’s shower block, each with three hot showers, two of which include a small private changing area. Additionally, two outdoor showers are available.

CAMPERS Fridge & freezer

Our outdoor shack, the “Cool Hut”, features a fridge and freezer for our campers to use free of charge - open 24hrs. Free freezer blocks also available.

Two washing-up sinks are available on site, providing both hot and cold water and eco-friendly Fairy Liquid for use.

Wetsuit washing area

Two outdoor showers, one cold and one hot, including access to a wetsuit washing bucket, are available and are cleaned out daily.

Taste the culinary delights of our on-site food vans, with #1 food van in Devon: Biffen’s Kitchen, and waffle powerhouse: Waves and Waffles.

Shop

Purchase cold drinks, ice creams, chocolates, crisps, and more from our small reception shop

Stacked heat-resistant bricks used for the campsite’s communal BBQ and firepit area.

BBQ Bricks

A pile of bricks are provided on site for campers to borrow, allowing you to make a base for your BBQs and contained fire pits.

Access drinking water via our outside tap. This also has a hose connection for connecting campervan owner’s hoses for water tank fills.

Key Storage

A key storage service is available at 34 special key stores, so you can leave your vehicle keys while you chill on the beach or hit the surf. Accessed via reception.

Accessible from both the Ladies' and Men's toilet block, we have a chemical waste disposal point for the campervan owners.
